Micrositez was a bedroom business when I first met the owner but he was involved in what was an emerging technology called SEO or search engine optimisation. This was the days before Google changed SEO forever with various algorithm updates such as Penguin designed to shift the market in favour of Adwords and away from SEO specialists such as Micrositez.

Until this point SEO enabled small businesses to compete on a global or national stage in a way that they had never been able to do before or since. Although the business model went pear shaped with Google changes – I’m proud of the early work I did for Micrositez in helping their business towards reaching their potential.
